Abstract: The case study of Namita Nanal and Slimming Solutions explored the challenge of aligning a company's growth strategy with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3, which focused on well-being while achieving sustainable growth. Namita faced a decision dilemma as she weighed the potential benefits and risks of various growth options, which included expanding into mobile wellness platforms, partnering with educational institutions, and delving into corporate wellness programs. Namita ultimately chose to pursue all five growth options, leveraging the company's unique organizational structure and agile teams to integrate each option while aligning with the company's purpose.
The case study highlighted the importance of innovation, agility, and strategic thinking in that day's business landscape, particularly in the wellness industry. Moreover, it underscored the significance of prioritizing SDG 3 to promote healthy lives and well-being for all.
