The platform aims to reduce travel costs by connecting passengers to better service providers. The company aims to revolutionize transportation in Bihar and expand to other parts of India. The company has a dedicated customer service team, a shared ride feature, and zero customer acquisition cost.

RodBez offers a shared ride feature, allowing customers to save money by sharing their rides with others.
