Abstract:   Amazon is a multinational American company. It was founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 with a vision to create an online marketplace for customers to facilitate their searching and buying of a variety of products conveniently at affordable prices. Amazon is world’s one of the leading companies which offers a wide variety of products and services over the Internet. This paper aims to analyze the various Amazon’s success models and factors contributing to its success. This paper will provide more insights into these success models that Amazon uses and the factors which make Amazon a global leader.
