Abstract:   Mr. Aadhan, VP-HR of Mu Aerospace Ltd., is facing a dilemma of whether he should be worried about the ongoing attrition phenomena resulting from the NSG Tyres Ltd.’s Employee Poaching strategy. In spite of having a well-designed organisation supported by its world-class HR system, the HR has failed to stop this ongoing attrition. The resignation letters are loaded up and expected to reach more than 25% attrition this financial year.
